Ancient Woman

Before books, before temples, before doctrine, there were women who listened.

They listened to the land, to the blood, to the moon, to the dying and the newborn.
They carried knowledge that was sung, walked, woven, and buried.

Let’s ask ourselves…
What wisdom do you feel stirring in you that did not originate in this lifetime?
If the ancient women who walked before you could speak through your voice, what would they remind the world not to forget?
What part of you has been silenced by time, but not erased?

Speak from intuition, story, symbol, or silence.
All voices are welcome. All remembering is sacred.

If you’re open to it, let me know in the comments what your answer is. As soon as mine comes to me, I will be posting it there.
